Every detail of every workout is meticulously personalized for you.

My style is both highly methodical and highly flexible. I have a clear framework and long-term plan for you from which I design your program, but I don't just do one assessment, create a plan and then call it done. I'm constantly learning from our sessions how to make them even more optimal for you, often making real-time adjustments. Every session is an opportunity to learn more about how your body responds so I can continue refining your program over time.
-I bring equipment if you don't have what we need.
During our initial consultation, I'll assess whether you have everything you need for your specicial goals and circumstances, or whether anything else would be necessary or helpful. Often, a resistance band and dummbells are enough, and I can bring those. Other clients have home gyms. If you want to expand yours, I also give specific recommendations for additional items worth purchasing.
-I'm flexible with scheduling around work and family.
Most of my clients are busy professionals or parents with hectic schedules, and I do my best to fit you in when it's most convenient for you, even if that means some weeks the days/ times change. I have a simple monthly payment structure that allows for make-up sessions and no added charge for cancellations when life happens.
My coaching is a great fit if you want personalized guidance, value proper technique, and are looking for long-term results- not quick fixes or crash programs.
